Hi! I’m your admissions counselor, Meghan. Here’s a little bit about me and what I enjoy most about UNH. I look forward to working with you!
Where is your favorite place on campus?
I love to sit by the window in the library and look out on campus, especially in the fall when the leaves are at their peak.
What’s your favorite thing to eat on campus?
The stir fry station at Holloway is my go-to meal.
Favorite memory at UNH?
The first minute I stepped on campus I felt welcomed immediately. Not only was everyone friendly to me, but I could feel the sense of community all around campus. I loved walking to get coffee in Durham and seeing students and faculty in UNH gear all over town.
What makes UNH so special?
UNH's location makes it a very special place. There aren't many places where you can be surrounded by the ocean and mountains while still being a short train ride to a major city. It gives students the opportunity to take advantage of a wide variety of resources.
What’s your favorite UNH tradition?
If I was a current student at UNH, I would never miss a kayak trip with the Outdoor Adventure Club
Where did you grow up?
I moved around a lot when I was younger (Connecticut, Maryland, Virginia) but have lived in New Jersey since High School
What college did you attend/degree earned?
English major at Villanova, Masters of Higher Education Leadership at Drexel
Family/pets?
I am married with 3 kids and a golden doodle
Do you have any hidden talents?
COVID made me very crafty! I make dough bowl candles and jewelry
Any fun facts about yourself?
I am always happiest when I am by the water.
What’s the coolest thing you’ve ever done in your life?
I started my career in Publishing and Public Relations and had the chance to meet a lot of celebrities. I once spent the day with Britney Spears!
