Where is your favorite place on campus?
The lawn space near DeMerritt Hall, T Hall, and Hamilton Smith. The green space and all the different trees are beautiful to see transition from one season to another.
What’s your favorite thing to eat on campus?
Stir-fry and cheesy bread at Holloway Commons Dining Hall
Favorite memory at UNH?
Senior year celebrations for my undergraduate degree was a great mix of doing the ‘lasts’ as a student with friends, the traditions like the lobster bake with my graduating class, pictures on T-Hall lawn with my family. I enjoyed the graduation celebrations for my master’s degree which celebrated the accomplishment of balancing a full time job and completing my degree with the support of my loved ones.

What’s your favorite UNH tradition?
University Day (Uday) is such a wonderful example of all the ways you can get involved. The community BBQ and seeing families, faculty, and staff engaging with students is a visual reminder of how this community works together.

Massachusetts and New Hampshire
What college did you attend/degree earned?
University of New Hampshire, Linguistics, B.A. and Educational Studies, M.Ed.

A dog
Do you have any hidden talents?
I enjoy art, music, and activities that involve creativity.
Any fun facts about yourself?
I am fluent in Portuguese and advanced proficient in Spanish.
What’s the coolest thing you’ve ever done in your life?
I rode a snowmobile on a glacier and learned to climb an ice wall.
